Delegate fees

The delegate fees include: Participation in the congress on May 21-22, coffee and lunches according to the program, and the welcome reception on May 20. The banquet on May 21 costs an additional 600 DKK. Participation in the S.O.R.G. satellite symposium on May 20 costs an additional 1200 DKK.

* Trainees/residents are strongly advocated to present their research and/or case reports at the SFOMK congress. Abstracts covering all topics of oral and maxillofacial surgery are warmly welcomed. The congress fee for trainees is set to a low level and is not covering all expenses. SFOMK wants to support trainees participating at the congress and is therefore subsidizing the congress fee. Giving an oral presentation or having a poster at the congress is a nice way to contribute to the congress.

  Terms of registration

Delegates from all countries except Sweden: Payment by credit card only.

Credit card payment
Follow the instructions in the registration form. Approved cards are VISA and Mastercard. Please assure that your credit card is open for internet purchases.

Delegates from Sweden
Delegates from Sweden can choose between invoice  or credit card payment. Contact regarding payment issues: congress.invoice.se@reedmackay.com.

Invoice
State your invoicing details on the payment page of the registration form. For invoices to a public sector (Region, kommun etc.), e-invoicing information must be stated on the payment page. Please note! If a new invoice has to be made due to an incorrectly stated invoicing address, an administrative fee of SEK 400 will be charged.

Cancellation of participation
All changes and cancellations must be made in writing to congress secretariat Reed & Mackay, congress.se@reedmackay.com.

All fees below are stated excl. 25% VAT.

If cancellation is made by March 1, 2026, a cancellation fee of 500 DKK will be charged. If your registration fee has already been paid, it will be credited with a deduction of 500. If cancellation is made after March 1, 2026, no refund or reduction will be possible. If cancellation of the congress dinner is made by March 1, 2026, it will be credited in full. After March 1, no refund or reduction will be possible.

In the event that the congress is postponed due to circumstances outside of the SFOMK and Reed & Mackay’s control, the above cancellation policy applies. Your registration fee would then be transferred to the new dates for the congress.

Cancellation of accommodation
Please contact the hotel directly to handle your cancellation. 

Change of participant
If you cannot participate in the congress, you can transfer your registration to a colleague. The fee for transfer is 250 DKK. Please contact congress secretariat, Reed & Mackay, if you want to transfer your registration. If you have booked accommodation, please make sure to change the name directly to the hotel as well. 

Dietary requirements
Only vegan/vegetarian food and allergies can be considered, no diets. Dietary requirements must be given to the congress secretariat no later than May 1.

After May 1, no dietary requirements can be considered.
